En los últimos años, Kathy ha sido voluntaria del Programa de Participación Universitaria que establecà en el campus de Rhode Island de Fidelity Investments. He visto el impacto positivo que Kathy ha tenido en la vida de los estudiantes universitarios siendo panelista invitada en el aula sobre la transición de estudiante a primer empleo profesional, realizando entrevistas simuladas para ayudar a los estudiantes a estar mejor preparados, siendo juez en concursos dentro del campus y representando a Fidelity en ferias de empleo dentro del campus. La actitud positiva de Kathy y su pasión por invertir en los demás son evidentes en cada compromiso.
Over the past few years, Kathy has been a volunteer for the College Engagement Program I established within the Rhode Island campus of Fidelity Investments. I have seen the positive impact Kathy has made in the lives of college students by being a guest panelist in the classroom on the transition from student to first professional job, conducting mock interviews to help students be better prepared, being a judge at on-campus competitions, and representing Fidelity at on-campus career fairs. Kathy’s positive attitude and passion for investing in others is evident in each engagement.
